Vertically Integrated Projects(English)(1),24/25-R

The study course unites education and faculty research in a team-based context. Students earn academic credits, while faculty benefit from the results of design/discovery of their teams.
Study course attracts students from many disciplines and enables the completion of large-scale design/discovery projects, strengthening and expanding faculty research portfolios.
The teams are:
• multidisciplinary – drawing students from all disciplines on campus;
• vertically-integrated – maintaining a mix of levels of studies each semester, from the bachelor through doctoral students;
• long-term – each bachelor student may participate in a project for up to three years and each master or doctoral student may participate for the whole duration of their studies.
